What to Prepare for your upcoming clean

Here are some useful tips for what to prepare before we come and make your space brilliantly fresh again! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Our job is to work around you

Firstly, our job is to work around you. Not you having to work around us! Our priority is to make the whole process as hassle-free as possible so we will try to work around what works for you as much as possible.

01

fancy a deal?

Have a think about all the services you might benefit from before we quote. The reason we say this is because you can get great deals if you are getting more items cleaned at once.

02

choosing the right payment method

We don’t take any payments upfront as we believe you should be happy with the job before handing over your hard-earned cash! Instead, payment is to be made on the day via cash, cheque, card, bank transfer or invoice. Our top tip is to choose which payment method you would like to use in advance, so you don’t have to worry about this on the day of the clean!

03

easy payment plan

Alternatively, we also offer a 0% easy payment plan for both domestic and commercial work. This means you can split your payments across 3 months at 0% interest with no additional costs or fees! Just let us know at least 72 hours in advance so we can set this up for you and it is as easy as that! *Terms and Conditions apply.

04

What happens to the furniture?

As we aim to use low moisture systems, this means moving furniture is not an issue as heavy furniture that can’t be moved won’t get damaged from soggy carpets! We request that any small furniture can be moved beforehand where possible. If you are unable to do this, our technicians will try to help and we do not charge any additional fees for helping to move furniture. Some large pieces of furniture may not be able to be moved by the technician (such as large beds, wardrobes etc). If you would like heavy items to be removed for the clean, you would need to arrange this yourself before the clean takes place.

05

Do i need to vacuum first?

Some people ask if they are required to hoover/ mop beforehand when it comes to floor cleaning. This isn’t required although most people choose to as it speeds up the process for them. However, the vacuuming is a standard part of our prep work and we do not charge any extra to complete this.

06

make sure someone is at the property

You don’t have to have someone there the whole time if you don’t want to whilst the clean is taking place. However, we do request that someone is at the property before the clean takes place to allow access and to make sure that someone is there at the end of the job completion to ensure the work is satisfactory. If this is not an option for you, please let the office know in advance.

07

what do you need access to?

We will need access to water, electrical points and parking when on site. If any of those things are not on site or readily available, please inform the office so we can plan for this.
